Thank you for considering me to be your babies very first photographer. These first few weeks are so precious and I would love to capture all the small details of your little one. I recommend booking as soon as possible. This not only ensures availability but it also gives us lots of time to discuss the details of the session and customize and plan all the details.
When possible I prefer to photograph my newborns between 1-3 weeks as after this point sometimes they tend to be awake a little more, baby acne may start to appear more and they are sometimes easier to pose into those squishy little bundles we all love.
I have taken numerous classes on newborn posing and safety and after photographing over 400 babies up to now have a knowledge of babies to help keep them safe and comfortable during their session .

Newborn / Parent Wardrobe
While everything is taken care of for newborn wardrobe you may have questions about your own if you choose the Deluxe or Lifestyle Packages . You are free to choose your own wardrobe from home however some of you may be interested in one or more gowns from the client closet . Use of the dresses is not included in the newborn session base prices but can be added on at an additional cost . Prices START at $50 and we can discuss details of what you are hoping to have for your session .

FAQ
When should I book my Session?
I recommend as soon as you are comfortable . Most moms find this to be when they start their 2nd trimester .
How old will my baby be when Photographed?
Usually between 1-3 weeks but life happens and sometimes we need to work outside of that timline.
Who can come to the session?
My studio is small so I do prefer just the parents and if siblings are getting photographed they can come too . Other family members such as grandparents , aunts , uncles and friends are not being photographed so its best if they wait and see all the photos when you get your gallery .
What do i need to do to prepare ?
There isnt much prep required for a session . I do ask that you bring along a soother , even if you never plan to use it again after the session , I can sometimes work some magic to keep baby sleepy with a soother .
How long do I wait for my gallery ?
Gallery delivery can take up to 3 weeks . I edit all sessions in order they are photographed . I appreciate your pateince while i take great care in editing your images .
